Padded underwear
Some manufacturers offer underwear with a built in pad/pantyliner, or the ability to add one to the underpants. This is done by way of a snap, velcro, rick rack or other fastening method on both the underpants and pads. or by simply sewing the pad/liner into the gusset of the underpants.
The advantage of these is that there is no need for winged pads, and the liners can take up less space than a winged pad would.
